Kareem George
Founder & CEO
Kareem George joined the industry in 2013 and is committed to fostering greater global understanding through travel. Kareem has traveled to more than 70 countries and all 7 continents. He is particularly passionate about travel to the African continent and Western Europe. Kareem is a South Africa and Germany specialist, visiting these destinations annually to engage with longstanding partners as well as to build new relationships of benefit to our travelers. There are some quite interesting reasons for his love of these specific destinations … ask him why!
Some of Kareem’s most beloved hotels are Brenners Park-Hotel and Spa, Mandarin Oriental Ritz (Madrid, Spain), Kwandwe Private Game Reserve (Eastern Cape, South Africa), and The Silo (Cape Town, South Africa). His favorite travel movie is Out of Africa and his favorite book set overseas is Midnight’s Children by Salman Rushdie.
A lover of food and wine, Belcanto (Lisbon, Portugal) is a favorite restaurant and Kareem is particularly fond of the South African and Australian winelands. When not traveling, you may find him on a tennis court most days of the week or enjoying quality time at home with his partner, Fritz, and two playful labradoodles, Chewy and Mabel.

Frederick J. (Fritz) Morsches
Luxury Travel Advisor
Frederick (Fritz) Morsches, a lifelong traveler, has visited more than 60 countries and six continents. From an early age, his passions have included fine hotels and cuisine, the performing and visual arts, architecture and interior design, and horticulture- among many other disciplines. He delights in assisting clients to incorporate their passions into their personal travel adventures.
Before joining Culture Traveler, Fritz had a distinguished career of more than 35 years serving as a senior marketing officer for several leading professional services firms in Michigan, Massachusetts, Florida, Connecticut, and Ohio. He also worked with Hallmark Cards in Marketing and New Product Development positions and with McKinsey & Company as a management consultant. He is a graduate of Culver Military Academy, Rice University and the Yale School of Management. He lives in Franklin, MI, where he serves as a Trustee of the Detroit Symphony Orchestra, Great Lakes Chamber Music Festival and Care House of Oakland County.
Fritz is a proud member of the Oasis Travel Network (OTN) and the American Society of Travel Advisors (ASTA). Fritz holds the designations of Certified Travel Associate (The Travel Institute) and Signature Travel Expert.
Karl Lievense

Karl provides strategic travel planning for multigenerational families, private clients, and executive groups. A lifelong traveler with more than ten years of immersive international experience, Karl has personally visited 41 countries across six continents, experience that directly informs the itineraries he designs.
Karl specializes in complex international travel involving multiple destinations, premium air travel, and intricate logistics. He is frequently engaged to manage challenges related to airline routing, international transportation, and schedule coordination, particularly for clients with limited time and high expectations. A core component of his advisory work includes optimizing airline and credit-card reward programs to support business and first-class airfare.
His destination expertise includes every major European capital, complemented by broader global travel that emphasizes culturally rich, experience-driven itineraries. Karl works closely with a curated network of luxury hotel partners and trusted operators to deliver travel that balances authenticity, comfort, and access. His clients typically seek luxury travel with an off-the-beaten-path dimension, often incorporating nature, culinary experiences, wine regions, and outdoor activities.
Karl attended the University of Michigan and has a corporate career in the energy industry. That background shapes his analytical, methodical approach to travel planning, informed by experience in negotiation, logistics management, data organization, and the effective use of technology. Rather than transactional bookings, Karl focuses on long-term advisory relationships and works exclusively on a referral basis.
Based in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan, Karl is a Spousal Member of Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO) and regularly plans executive retreats and private travel for globally minded families. He believes that meaningful travel expands perspective, reinforces curiosity, and creates lasting value beyond the journey itself.
Carrie Loibl
Operations Manager
Carrie Loibl has a deep passion for travel and adventure. While she has only traveled within the US so far, she is eager to explore new destinations and cultures. Carrie is a talented photographer who loves capturing the beauty of the places she visits. From stunning landscapes to unique moments, Carrie's lens has captured it all. Her love for photography has taken her to various locations within the US, from the Florida beaches to the Big Sky country of Wyoming, Montana, Colorado, and the South Dakota Badlands, where she has captured the essence of each place.
In 2024, Carrie embarked on her first-ever cruise and loved the experience. She enjoyed the Caribbean islands of Puerto Rico, St. Marteen, Antigua, Barbados, St. Lucia, US Virgin Islands, and British Virgin Islands, as well as several exciting activities onboard the ship, such as relaxing at the spa, enjoying live music and the comedy club.
Carrie is committed to providing exceptional service to Culture Traveler clients.
